Master Ball:
To get the Master Ball, you have to go to the first floor of the Pokemon lab and talk to Professor Krane. He will open up a secret passage, go in. There will be a chest in there which will contain the Master Ball.
Premier Ball:
To get this ball, you must go to a Pokemart and purchase ten Pokeballs, you will get the Premier Ball as an added bonus.
Question Items:
When you get to Gateon Port, there is a girl named Acri who will ask you some questions. If you answer "Yes" to every question, you will get an Amulet Coin, if you answer "No" to every question, you will get a Quick Claw, if you say "Yes" one time, you will get a Mental Herb, and last if you say "Yes" two times, you will get a White Herb.
Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile:
To obtain one of these guys, you must complete the 100 battle challenge. After you defeat number 100 (the boss), you can choose from Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile. If you want another one, you have to complete the challenge all over again.
