Bad Dreams-If the opponent is alseep, it loses health every turn.
Download-Depending on foe's strongest stat, this Pok?on raises itself in that stat.
Dry Skin-If Sunny Day is in Effect, this Pok?on's HP Decreases. If Rain Dance is in effect, this Pok?on's HP increases.
Frisk-Allows you to see your opponent's hold items.
Filter-If the opponent attacks this Pok?on with an attack that is Super Effective, the attack does half damage.
Flower Gift-Form Changes when Sunny Day is in effect. Stats are also raised.
Forewarn-Allows you to see all of your opponent's attacks.
Gluttony-This Pok?on Uses Held Berries quicker.
Heat Proof-Fire Attacks used against this Pok?on have their damage lowered.
Honey Gather-Collects Sweet Honey after battle.
Hydration-When Rain Dance is in effect, All Status Effects on this Pok?on are Cured.
Ice Body-This Pok?on's HP Recovers during Hail.
Iron Fist-This Pok?on's Punching Attacks are increased in power.
Klutz-This Pok?on cannot use Hold Items.
Leaf Guard-Any Status Effects on this Pok?on are healed when Sunny Day is in effect.
Magic Guard-Only attacks that do damage work on this Pok?on.
Mold Breaker-The Opponent's Ability has no effect.
Motor Drive-When this Pok?on is hit with an Electric attack, it's speed Increases.
Multitype-Depending on the Plate attached, this Pok?on's type and form change.
No Guard-All Attacks while this Pok?on is in Battle have 100% Accuracy.
Normalize-All this Pok?on's moves are of Normal type.
Poison Heal-HP Increases when afflicted with a Status Condition.
Quick Feet-If this Pok?on is inflicted with a Status Condition, its Speed Increases.
Reckless-All retaliatory moves have increased power.
Rivalry-If the opponent is of the same Gender as this Pok?on, then this Pok?on's Attack rises.
Scrappy-Allows this Pok?on to hit Ghost Type Pok?on with Normal & Fighting type moves.
Simple-Effects from the user's Hold Items and Attacks are increased.
Skill Link-Raises number of hits when using moves that hit multiple times.
Slow Start-This Pok?on's Attack & Speed is halved for the first few turns.

Solid Rock-Any Attacks that are Super Effective on this Pok?on have their damage lowered.
Stall-This Pok?on always moves slower than the foe.
Steadfast-This Pok?on's speed increases when flinched.
Storm Drain-All Water Attacks are drawn to this Pok?on.
Super Luck-Higher Chance of performing a Critical Hit.
Tangled Feet-Evasion Increases when Confused.
Technician-The power of this Pok?on's Weaker moves are increased.
Tinted Lens-After using an ineffective attack, the power of that attack increases.
Unaware-The foe's stat changes are ignored.
Unburden-If this Pok?on has no hold item, its speed increases.
