You can get this Pokemon by talking to 32 of your friends or talking to one of your friends 32 times. You then put the Odd Keystone in that weird looking tower, and Spiritomb will fight you!

After getting the Magma Rock and exiting Stark Mountain, you can return to the room where you got the rock, and there will be the legendary Heatran, that is either male or female.
