Instructions & Rules:

Okay, for the contests, this is what you will do. It will be who makes the best sprite. You can do splices or create your own sprite from scratch. The winner will win a prize (most likely a Pokemon and an award) if they make the most creative sprite. All the sprites will be featured in the gallery, and can not be used on anybody elses' website, unless it is yours of course. xD So if you would like to participate, will out the form below. :) If you do not have WiFi and you still want to participate, you will probably just get the award since I can't give you the Pokemon in any way, shape, or form. :/ So have fun and participate!! :D
